I have been a Registered Nurse since 2009 and a lifetime health and fitness enthusiast and now a Precision Nutrition L-1 Nutrition Coach. I have always been interested in fitness in some fashion or another, participating in all sports in my younger years and then on to weightlifting, Beachbody - so many programs, Zumba, Pilates, Fit Boxing, Crossfit and now I am currently focusing on Hypertrophy Training (defining my muscle and losing body fat) and getting my daily steps in! Nutrition, for me, has always been on the back burner. I figured, I'm "active" I earned this pizza... Well I was WRONG! I could never lose the fat I wanted with exercise alone...

I personally have (and do) work with Nutrition Coaches and it was only then that I was able to see the results that I wanted! It was during that time that I realized I really want to learn more about nutrition and fueling my body to burn the fat that I wanted and build the muscle that will give my body shape. As well as giving my body all of the proper nutrients it needs to function at an optimal level!

I am here to tell you, it will not be easy, there is no magic pill and it WILL take longer than you want it to take... I hate to burst your bubble... BUT, you did not get the body you have and want to change overnight and there is no miracle 30 day program that will have you looking like a fitness model!

The real story - if it was easy EVERYBODY would be walking around in the body they love! It will take effort and sacrifice on your end, but I am here to help and encourage you! Together we will make sustainable changes you can build on that you will be able to continue for a lifetime and NOT feel deprived of your favorite things while building the body you love!
